Some functions using Acts_as_authenticated

Hello,

I am new to rails and I have installed Acts_as_authenticated also it
is working fine but I would like add two methods allow my users when
they registered via Acts_as_authenticated plugin , they can update
their information and reset password when they forget it.

Could you please guide me what I should do?
If you have some examples please provide me with it and your help
will appreciate.

The general way it works is you first attempt to write the code, then
post here when you have problem.
