SNI and nginx: do I have to rebuild all my certificates?

Just about to enable Server Name Indication (SNI) support for my SSL and
I’m really curious if I have to rebuild all my self-signed certs (nginx,
qmail, webmin, etc) after upgrading openssl and nginx.

Can I still use my old certs?
