Setting different min value for sequence to start with?

Hi all, so is there a way to change the minimum value for an AR-
created sequence? They start with 10000 by default, but for some
tables (ones that hold static definitions in our app), we’d like them
to start at 1 or 10 or something.

Is there a way to do this? We’re using Oracle on Linux.
