- Understand our product offering and services at the implementation level, and be able to troubleshoot and solve incidents.
- Design and develop monitors, tools, and applications to improve support and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Development, SRE, Level 2 support teams to provide the best user experience to our customers.
- 3+ years of software development for end customer-facing applications
- A passion towards problem-solving and strong decision-making ability
- Self-starter with strong ownership in delivering results.
- Must be able to think proactively; excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- A technical background (BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline/experience)
- Experience with AWS products, PostgreSQL and infrastructure setups
- Experience with DevOps
- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Experience in hiring and training junior engineers
