SDR’12 WInnComm Europe will be in Brussels, Belgium, June 27-29, 2012.
It’s a long ways to go, but Brussels is a great walking city & worth the
travel if you can find a way to get there & pay for it. They will look
at papers involving pretty much anything to do with SDR related software
and hardware, Cognitive Radio, and related signal processing – so, most
anything working with GNU Radio would be on topic.
