Sanitize "invalid UTF-8 byte sequence"

Hi

I’m getting forged requests with invalid UTF-8 byte sequences on my
Rails
app which is served with Nginx/Passenger. Is there a way to have Nginx
sanitize requests before they are passed to Passenger?
