RubyMine displays error: Failed to load remote gems

Whenever I start RubyMine 3.2, it displays following error:

Failed to load remote gems
C:/Ruby192/lib/ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/spec_fetcher.rb:152: stack level too
deep (SystemStackError) Please check proxy settings and gem urls

How to fix this error?

I’ve been getting this issue too.
I believe this is a known problem with RubyMine/IntelliJ and I haven’t
found a way to get rid of it.

However it doesn’t appear to break anything or cause any real issues
with my setup so I’d say you can safely ignore it.
