As Nick recently announced at RailsConf, we’ve moved the RubyGems repo
to GitHub (RubyGems · GitHub). If you’ve ever wanted to change
(or fix) anything about RubyGems, it’s time to put your money where your
mouth is: Fork, fix, and open an issue on help.rubygems.org with your
fork/patch.
