Is there “stemmable” file in rubygem library?? Is there such file either
in ruby or rubygems??

Look up English project.
There exists such a gem: stemmable | RubyGems.org | your community gem host but it
doesn’t seem to do anything.
Googling “ruby stemmable” gives this:
