This is Sayed Mohammad Ehsan From Bangladesh. I am a ruby on rails developer. Yesterday when i was tried to install rails on my ubuntu 20 it was showing error. and after few discussion with my friend i have find that ruby site is down here. I have talked with my ISP, and they are also unknown about the fact.
