Ruby PDB protein structure API?

Probably not more than 1/2 year ago I used a nice package that allowed
reading in PDB formatted protein structures in ruby. For the life of
me I can’t find this package on the web anymore. Where did it go?

It is somewhat remarkable that this is almost un-findable from
google. For instance, none of these searches bring up the bioruby PDB
api on the first page of hits:

ruby pdb protein structure
ruby pdb
(etc...)

Sorry to bother.

No bother! Besides, this list is indexed by Google. Hopefully
you’ve just provided Googlers a way to find it via those search
