I’m from california, USA. I want to design my website in ruby on
rails. I found few good websites like www.rordevelopers.com who
develop ror projects. But my question is " does the official website
suggest any such ror developers " ? thank you

Why? Unless you have a particular reason, it is usually best to find a
good developer and let him or her have input into the choice of
technology.
