Ruby Gnome Glade, how to change cursor

I ‘think’ I’ve looked everywhere for info on this. I want to change the
normal mouse ‘arrow cursor’ to a ‘busy cursor’ and back again.
I’d be very grateful if someone could tell me how this could be done.
