Ruby for Windows

I’m interested in Ruby for Windows.

Has anyone seen the recent press release from DSPRobotics:

http://www10.mcadcafe.com/nbc/articles/view_article.php?articleid=1026994&interstitial_displayed=Yes

Looks interesting Ruby embedded into a graphical programming environment
for Windows. I would be interested if anyone has used this?

–First off, I have never used this one personally. But IMHO, it’s
along the same line as Google Sketchup (3D graphicals w/ Ruby plugins).

I used that Google Sketchup a bit, quite awesome !!! If I’m not
wrong, in both cases they are taking Ruby–the language–to the next
step, and developed it further into a DSL (Domain Specific
Language)–that is, at least, what people have always talked about…

Please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. Have a good day !!!

Best Regards,
Nik

Not quite, FlowStone is a programming language used to make Windows
EXE’s.

It is a graphical programming language (not a graphics package) that has
Ruby inside.

Here’s some more info: http://www.dsprobotics.com/flowstone2.html

Seem to be a concurrent to NI LabVIEW,
A graphical language generate Ruby application,
which can be embedded in industrial (low cost) hardware.
