Ruby for rails ebook

Hi All,
I ordered this book a while ago and read most of it. However, due to a
hard drive dying, I lost my copy. I’ve sent the order number and
requested a new download link a few times to the manning support people,
but never heard back.
does anyone know how i can get in touch with someone there? i want to
spend time reading the last of the book this wkend and i’m losing my rag
a bit with them not bothering to respond.

cheers.

I’ve had good luck with their support on the few occasions that I’ve
needed it. I’m not sure what anyone on this list can really do about
your problem though.

I dump all of my ebooks into a Strongspace[1] account. For $8 / mo.
it’s well worth it (I use it for other backups as well). Between this
and my Safari account, I rarely buy paper books anymore.

I gain nothing from the plug. I’ve just had a very good experience
with their hosting.

Let me forward your question to them and see if I can get someone
there to help you.
