I am a java developer. I wanna learn Ruby on Rails. Can anyone suggest
some good books on Ruby or some url where can I learn the basics of
Ruby.

etc.

also Ruby for Rails is an excellent book to start you off

Other than that a good blog search and the wiki on the rails site
