Rspec problem in testing RoR application

Hello.
I install gems rspec and rspec_on_rails
I have this Error when try to run Rspec tests on my RoR application:

ActionView::Helpers::JavaScriptMacrosHelper (NameError)

And I follow recipes wich are placed in

For rails, don’t use the gem. Install both as plugins:
