RoR / Subversion IDE (Who made changes to which section)

Hey Guys,

I’m working with a team of 4 here in a fortune 500 company in RoR. I
use TextMate at home, I’ve used Aptana IDE and VIM as well. Back end
systems are Ubuntu 8.10 and subversion.

Any tips of a good visual tool to help us figure out who made which
changes to which line of code? I’ve used Aptana IDE, one of the guys
uses NetBeans, but I’d love to know which is the best one for
subversion.

Will a switch to GIT help?

Aptana (or rather i should say eclipse) has nice subversion
integration. Don’t know about netbeans.
