Reorder Extension Question

I see from the Readme that Reorder breaks Import Export. Is this still
true? Is there a workaround?

Or is there another extension to use to set the order of child pages?

I didn’t have a problem with it when I used Import/Export to transfer
pages from my old database to the new. It just adds a Position column.
