After setting up a site using Radiant for the first time one thing stuck
out at me - I don’t like how the page URL’s have a trailing forward
slash and would like to remove it. Is there any easy way to do this or
am I stuck with it? Thanks.

There’s not a trivial way to do this. But you could probably write and
extension that would handle it.

I second that. That would be great for me as well. I have created a
page in home and from the layout I call the page in a link. I attempted
to use the </r:title> tag but still not working.

This is only link that works…hahaha
If someone has anything on how to properly navigate through the pages
you create that would be huge. I flipped the site around a few ways. I
call my stylesheets from snippets and I have a page content part
working. But the navigation I’m not getting
