Reloadable: what changed exactly?

I’ve read the blog post about the Reloadable deprecation at least 4
times now, and still I don’t grasp how this will impact me. And with
people like Dave T. making an issue about it over his Depot
application, I think to myself: I must be missing something important.

Could you help me out on this one? Many thanks.
