Reg- resetting UHD's rx/tx buffer size in gnuradio

Thanks for any information provided about the following case:

I would like to reconfigure the “UHD’s rx/tx buffer size” from inside
gnuradio. I couldn’t find how can I have access to this parameter.

Can you be more specific. I’m not sure what buffers you are referring
to. Are the buffers coming from the scheduler too small, too big?
