Recien iniciado con problemas al correr rails

Hola como andan?

Soy un recien iniciado en esto del desarrollo utilizando Ruby on Rails,
estoy en los primeros capitulos del libro Agile Web D. with
Rails Third Edition, corriendo rails y ruby en Windows 7 y utilizando de
IDE Netbeans 6.7.

Cuando al generar un controlador nuevo (say),y definirle una clase
hello:

class SayController < ApplicationController
def hello

end
end

para posteriormente generarle a hello su respectivo view.

hello.rhtml :

intento acceder a la misma con http://localhost:3000/say/hello

Me tira una pagina con la siguiente informacion de salida:

A todo esto me he fijado en los log, de los cuales el unico q tiene
informacion dentro de el es el : development.log y contiene la siguiente

La verdad no encuentro como resolverlo y espero q me puedan dar una mano
para poder continuar con mi aprendizaje.

Me acaban de solucionar el proble, fui medio navo y no me di cuenta q me
faltaba sqlite3.dll en el system32 de windows.

Con independencia del error en cuestión, te sugiero que emplees Linux o
Mac en vez de windows como plataforma de desarrollo… tendrás muchos
menos problemas y lo encontrarás todo mejor documentado. Y no te mirarán
con cara rara cuando te vayan a contratar!! (y te lo dice alguien que
está contratando: Buscamos programador Ruby on Rails para Valencia - ES - Ruby-Forum )
