Have you tried to run the migration script (don’t forget to pass
RAILS_ENV with the correct type of enviroment you are using)?

Hi Toby.
It ended up me enabling jabber notifications, and not having the
jabber4r (or whatever it was called) library installed.
it’s all working fine now (with mongrel I might add)
