Sounds like you are on a non-unix platform? If Windows and no one has
made a binary package available you might try the cygwin route where
make, etc is available.

But the problem is how can i do it in windows? Actually i am not
familiar with cygwin.
I read about cygwin install it in my pc. but how can i connect to my own
pc with it.
