I installed it on fedora system using yum command. I am unable to find
gr-utils/src/python.

Don’t know about the binary distributions, but the source-code
install installs those under /usr/local/bin – look in /usr/bin

Using
“yum” is used for a binary-only installation, which doesn’t include
source code, and may or may not include things like the .py files in
gr-utils.
