link contains NOAA satellite ATP data. It’s FM modulated so you have to
design FM demodulator and store the result as .wav file. Once you got
the
.wav file, use wxtoImg software for decoding .wav file into images.
If you want to capture data file by urself, use Cross dipole or QHF
antenna.
