Have you tried Mondrian?
Highlight and then Ctrl+Q to comment/uncomment. Very handy!
Or of course there is eclipse with the ruby plugin… a lot slower
though! Can’t remember the keyboard shorcut for commenting code but more
than likely ctrl+shift+c…
