The source code for the main login page gives this:

Welcome to phpMyAdmin

Trying a http://localhost/phpmyadminthemes/original/img/logo_right.png
via browser results in a 404 Not Found nginx.

Do you mean
http://localhost/phpmyadmin/themes/original/img/logo_right.png ?

What is in error_log ?
