Re: 1.3 stable version release

Hi,

I wanted to use the static etag support module for nginx. I found a
module
written by mikewest here
https://github.com/mikewest/nginx-static-etags.
But it doesn’t work. Also its pretty old (4 years old).
I recently saw 1.3.3 change-list. It supports static-etag feature. But I
am
not sure how reliable it is to use it for production. Any idea by when
the
stable version of 1.3.3 be released? Should I go ahead using this
version?
Is there any major concern?
Please give suggestions. Thanks

Cheers !!!

1.3.x releases are believed to be ok for production, see
http://mailman.nginx.org/pipermail/nginx/2013-April/038616.html
for more details.

1.4.0, stable release based on 1.3.x branch, is expected to appear
soon though.
