I read that HTML5 has deprecated the tag. In that case I suggest
that RDoc change the inline markup of +foo+ to output foo
instead. (It will look better on github anyway). Also, I find
Markdowns foo syntax to be much readable when looking at the plain
text. It would be great if RDoc could support that.
