Is there a system for popularity/ratings of non-core rails components?
For plugins, engines etc. That is the ability to be able to in a
“sourceforge” fashion search for a particular keyword and sort by
popularity/rating.
As an example I’m been trying to identify a user management module that
is most likely to gain traction in the community and it is very
difficult to guage this (once I think I get a handle on the options I
find another module which is out there).
