I have installed InstanRails in my system. i can able to run php with
phpmyadmin.

i want create php with rails new application.
if any one know. please let me know.

I’m terribly sorry having to say it this way, but:

If u english no speak, understanding we not will u wanting to do what.
U not able create a php application with rails, rails ruby language
use, php other language. This u understanding better?

Like the other replies, I have a hard time working out what you are
trying to do.

Rails is a ruby framework and does not use php, if you want a framework
like rails but using php, try looking at CakePHP (http://cakephp.org).
