Rails on Fedora Core 4 + Apache 2.0.54

I want to get Rails to run optimally on Fedora Core 4 + Apache 2.0.54.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

It should be straightforward to adapt it to Apache. Or try here for many
install tips:
