contract basis required for a top end project.

Required:
3-5 years commerical experience.
Highly experienced using and creating rails plugins
Excellent front end / HTML, CSS and Javascript experience
Desireable
Commercial experience implementing web services such as GData, Twitter,
Basecamp etc.
