Rails 3 beta: "bundle install" not installing to the GEM_HOME

I’ve tried everything I can think of, but “bundle install” is still
installing all new gems into /User/.gems. My GEM_HOME is /usr/local/
lib/ruby/gems/. Is this a bug?

Have you tried “sudo bundle install”?

You’re a software engineer using OS X?

Odd.
