I never heard of RCSS before, and all the references are pretty old. I
doubt that it works with Rails 3…have you looked at Sass?

Thanks Martin, we may have to go that way.
Rcss works in Rails 2.3.5 and, since I can find no deprecation
warnings/announcements, I had hoped it would still work in 3.x. Oh
well, looks like upgrading will take longer than expected.
