Hi, Is there a statement of advise anywhere which speaks about the
normalization of http headers with respect to use with Rack::?
In particular UPPercase and ‘HTTP_X’ prefix use?

Hi Mark,

I found out the other day that X-headers have a draft proposal to no
longer be used, from this stackoverlow post:

I’m not sure about the case, I just try to be consistent as hashes are
case sensitive.
