Qustion about upload image

Hi friends, I use attachment_fu and rmagick to upload and resize image.
but sometimes it can work, sometimes it can only upload image and can’t
resize. does anyone meet that?

os: windows xp
ruby: 1.8.6
rails: 1.2.6
rmagick: RMagick-2.0.0-ImageMagick-6.3.7-8-Q8
