Prototype question

Can anybody tell me where to submit a bug report/patch for prototype.js?

As far as I can tell, lines 760 et seq. should be changed from

  if ((this.header('Content-type') ||

‘’).match(/^text/javascript/i))
this.evalResponse();
}

to

  if ((this.header('Content-type') ||

‘’).match(/^text/javascript/i)) {
return (this.evalResponse()); }
}

but I don’t seem to be able to find anyplace to report it, demonstrate
the problem, or anything.

Thanks. dev.rubyonrails.org seems to be down, that’s probably why I
couldn’t find it.
