Proplem while starting the built in server WEBrick

hello everyone,
i have a proplem while creating new application , it appear to me
when i starting the WEBrick Built-in Server by writing the command
ruby script/server in the directory of the project ,it’s appear to me
a long Error Message

i uses the rubygems version 1.0.1 and the rails 2.0.2

Do you have openssl? Try doing a gem install openssl and then run the
server.

yes i have openssl in the newest version ,but it didn’t located in
locally or in a repository gems .

So any one have solution about this problem ??
