Productize Generator - Status?

Does anybody know the status of the productize generator – is it
compatiable with 0.14.3? I am assuming it’s not. Will there be future
work on it? I see that Kristian has posted some working code to
http://kristian.delamednoll.se that I haven’t tried out yet. Has
productize been superceeded by Engines?

I have a “product” that I’m developing for a couple of clients that
will have some minor customizations to (mainly views) – all to be
hosted on the same server – so obviously I would like to share the
code base. Any thought or experiences that people have had with this
scenerio? I don’t want to go down a particular track and then wish I
had gone done another (e.g. engines vs productize).

I can’t tell you what the status of the project is, but I did make a
reply to one of Duane’s messages earlier about how I use Engines in my
projects. Maybe that can help you out a bit.
