Saludos a la comunidad…
Tengo un problema desde hace dÃas y no he podido solucionarlo, configure
el apache para que corra mis aplicaciones Rails todo lo hice siguiendo
el how to de el siguiente link:

Les cuento que creà que todo salio bien pues hice un Virtual Host con el
nombre de servidor ruby y cuando entre a mi http:\ruby levanto la
pagina de bienvenida pero cuando trate de corre la aplicación dio el
siguiente erro:

Y no se como solucionarlo, si alguien sabe la solución se lo agradezco
