Problem with Rails gem

Hi,

So when I go to execute script/plugin it tells me:

Missing the Rails 2.1.0 gem. Please gem install -v=2.1.0 rails,
update your RAILS_GEM_VERSION setting in config/environment.rb for the
Rails version you do have installed, or comment out RAILS_GEM_VERSION
to use the latest version installed.

This even though I have rails 2.1.0 installed. What could it be?

Check the rails version in environment.rb and make sure it is 2.1

Yep, its 2.1.
