Problem using (installing?) RJB - rjbcore.so is missing

After trying to install RJB with:

gem install rjb

and get:

Temporarily enhancing PATH to include DevKit…
Building native extensions. This could take a while…
ERROR: Error installing rjb:
ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

I have downloaded rjb-1.3.5-x86-mswin32-60.gem from RubyForge and
install it with

gem install rjb-1.3.5-x86-mswin32-60.gem --local

Well, no errors, but when I want to use stanfordparser, I get that the
file
C:/Ruby192/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/rjb-1.3.7-x86-mswin32-60/lib/rjbcore.so
is missed.

But the file is there!!! It exists in that path.

Another attempt using IRB:

require ‘rjb’

And I get that the file msvcrt-ruby18.dll is missing…

Does anybody have a suggestion?

Thanks in advance.
