I am new to the rails. After executing InstantRails, I see that it is
trying to start, but I get these warnings regarding existing
installations. In early Apache, I could just stop my IIS and apache
would start on port 80. With rails it does not happen[I again get the warning from rails]. How and where do I make the changes so that I can
