Plugin without cvs

Hi,
how i can install a plugin without cvs?

I’m behind a proxy, this is a problem to connection remote repository.

Could you tell us what the plugin you want to install. If I were not
mistaken, download them (using wget if necessary), put them into
/vendor/plugin directory.

You can use CVS through a proxy, most cvs clients can be configured to
run through a proxy directly and ofcourse you can specify the proxy
server/port on the command line
