Pipelining on by default?

Can anyone confirm or deny if the “pipeline” option is enabled by
default in Nginx 0.7.2 ?

During testing we enabled pipelining in Firefox (about:config search
for pipelining) and added the variable $pipe ($pipe, “p” if request
was pipelining) to the log_format directive. In the logs we see a
period “.” where a “p” should be if pipelining was accepted.

pipelining is enabled by default in Nginx 0.7.2.

Our tests just needed to have more objects (>5) on the page in order
for the browser to have the need/ability to use pipelining.
