Hi
Can anybody tell which is the best pdf generator in rails.There
are
many like
* HTMLDOC
* PdfWriter
* PDF::Writer (Austin Z.)
* Ruby FPDF
* JasperReports
* PDF Form Fill
* PDFlib and PDFlib-Lite
* Rfpdf
I have tried
It is fantastic and I think the best of my knowledge.But not free
software.Can anybody suggest an equivalent opensource

There is no equivalent open source software to prince. However they do
offer
a free license if it’s just for your server I believe.
I did a big writeup on using prince with rails here:

Err my bad - personal license for use on your own computer. So you can
