I don’t believe that there are currently any such magazines. A couple
of years ago there was talk of “Red Letter: the Ruby Journal”, which
was to be a paid subscription, PDF-only magazine. See the
announcement here:
As I recall, this turned out to be a scam; the “publisher” collected
a number of subscription fees and the magazine never materialized.
